The Craft
How it’s made
Every Ember & Ash dripper is thrown and glazed by hand, so no two are quite identical — small variations in the glaze are part of the piece, not a flaw. The dripper’s cone angle is tuned for a 3–4 minute pour, slow enough to draw out flavor without the bitterness a fast drip leaves behind.

The set includes one ceramic dripper, one 12oz stoneware mug in a matching glaze, and a reusable stainless steel filter — skip the paper filters entirely. Dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand washing to keep the glaze looking new for years. Works with any pour-over grind from a burr grinder — we recommend medium-coarse, similar to raw sugar.
